The
fee for standard students registration includes the
refreshments during the breaks, lunches, preprints of
the conference, welcome reception and the banquet
dinner.

In order to be accepted for the proceedings, at least one of the authors of the paper has to pay a full registration and attend the conference (two papers are allowed for each full registration).
